Water Bath
The Water bath Strand Chamber is designed for efficient colling and solidification of Molten Polymer Strand immediately after Extrusion. The Chamber provide control cooling Environment, Ensuring uniform Strand safe, Dimensional stability and smooth Down Stream Pelletizing.
The Chamber is fabricated from corrosion resistant stainless steel and equipped with Guided Strand Roller and Exit Roller to maintain proper Strand alignment and prevent the strand cross over. Adjustable water level system ensure the optimum cooling conditions for Different Polymer Grade and Production rate.
